Ein Hymagwedd
Os ydych yn chwilio am gwmni cynhyrchu fideo i greu cynnwys a fydd yn ymgysylltu a ac yn apelio at eich cynulleidfa, rydym eisiau weithio a chi.
Rydym yn cynnig gwasanaeth cynhyrchu fideo onest, sydd wedi ennill gwobrau. Mae gennym system rheoli ansawdd i sicrhau ei fod ni’n darparu fideos gwych ar amser ac ar gyllid.
Mae’r dull yr ydym yn defnyddio ar gyfer ein cynnwys yn sicrhau bod ein fideos o’r ansawdd uchaf ac yn bwrpasol ar gyfer bob un o’n cleientiaid. Fel pob cwmni cynhyrchu llwyddiannus, ein blaenoriaeth yw deall a chwrdd â’r nodau a’r amcanion sydd wedi nodi yn y briff, ar amser ac ar gyllid. Trwy ddewis Like an Egg, gwarantir tîm o wneuthurwyr ffilmiau creadigol sy’n frwdfrydig am greu rhywbeth arbennig. Yn eistedd ochr wrth ochr ein hawydd i greu cynnwys gwych mae yna ymagwedd broffesiynol wedi’i ymgorffori yn y wybodaeth dechnolegol ddiweddaraf ac ymrwymiad am gwrdd â therfynau amser a sicrhau fod ein cleientiaid yn hapus.
Y Broses
Nid yw creu ffilm greadigol yn unrhyw beth os nad ydy hi wedi’i reoli’n dda ac wedi cefnogi’n dda gyda dealltwriaeth dechnolegol a rheolaeth dros y prosiect. Gallwn gwrdd â dyddiadau cau anodd ac yn sicrhau ymrwymiad llwyr i brosiect. Er gwaethaf y posibiliad o newidiadau i brosiect, mae ein lefel o ymrwymiad yn sicrhau fod pob dyddiad cau yn cael ei chwrdd. Mae gennym lif gwaith sy’n sicrhau bod pob person ar ein tîm yn gwybod beth sydd angen iddyn nhw gyflawni’r prosiect ar amser, yn rhoi sicrwydd i hapusrwydd ein cleient gyda’r broses a’r prosiect gorffenedig.
Mae ein tîm yn cymryd pob prosiect a fideo yn bersonol. Byddwn yn mynd uwchben a thu hwnt i gael gafael ar y manylion lleiaf a all wella eich prosiect. Dyma ran o’r gwasanaeth rydym yn darparu heb unrhyw gost na straen ychwanegol i chi. Y manylion bach yw beth sydd yn sicrhau canlyniad aruthrol.
Cam 1 –
Dywedwch wrthym beth rydych chi eisiau trwy e-bost, ffon neu yn bersonol. Gadewch i ni gael siarad. Os nad ydych chi’n gwybod beth rydych eisiau, dywedwch wrthym pam rydych chi eisiau hi a’ch cyllid. Gallwch ofyn ni am ein barn.
Am ddim dal, gallwn greu cynnig wedi’i costi’n llawn neu amlinellu’r costiau’n unigol. Does dim rhwymedigaethau!
Cam 2 Cyn-cynhyrchiad
Os ydych yn penderfynu defnyddio ni, byddai’r cam yma’n dibynnu’n fawr ar raddfa a chwmpas y syniad. Rydym yn cynnig y cysyniad creadigol llawn neu allu darparu’r elfennau spesifig sydd angen arnoch i gael proses cynhyrchu llyfn. Bydd Rheolwr Cysylltu yn cael ei neulltio ar gyfer pob prosiect, dyma pwy fydd yn cynnal cyfathrebu cyson ac y sicrhau bod briff eich prosiect yn cael ei gyflawni. Bydd y rhan fwyaf o brosiectau hefyd yn derbyn Cyfarwyddwr Creadigol i ddod a’r syniad i fyw.
Cam 3 – Cynhyrchiad
Yn dibynnu ar y cysyniad, gallem weithio mewn tîm aml-allu fach o 2-3 bobl, pennaethau adran arbenigol neu griw llawn faint. Gallem ddarganfod lleoliadau a thalent artistig os oes angen. Mae gennym amrywiaeth fawr o offer sydd yn dod a theimlad cinemateg i’n holl waith.
Cam 4 – Ôl-gynhyrchu/Golygu
Ein llif-waith nodweddiadol yw – Cut Gyntaf – Adborth – Cut Ail – Adborth – Cut Olaf. Byddem yn gweithio gyda chi i sicrhau fod y cynhyrchiad gorffenedig yn cael eich cymeradwyaeth llawn. Mae gennym fynediad i gerddoriaeth fregus a chyfansoddwyr am ddim. Mae’n holl waith yn mynd trwy radd llun ac mae’r sain yn cael ei gynllunio o gwmpas y llyfan a’r fath o fideo. Gallem ddarparu mewn amrywiaeth o fformatau orffen gan gynnwys darlledu, 4K, UHD a chyfryngau cymdeithasol.
Costau
Pan fyddai’n do di gost, ofynnwch. Ffoniwch, danfonwch e-bost neu ddod i mewn i’r swyddfa. Rydym yn hapus i roi amcangyfrif ar eich gofynion.
Mae’n wir i ddweud fod creu fideo yn broses creadigol ac unigryw sydd yn cynnwys nifer o bethau gwahanol. Ond, fel cwmni cynhyrchu, ein swydd ni yw hi i wybod beth yw’r pethau yma.
Mae hyn yn feddwl cwbl tryloywder ar ran ni. Pan fyddem yn rhoi cost iddych, fe fydden yn nodi pob cost unigol ar linell ar wahân. Os ydych yn teimlo fod yna rhywbeth nad oes angen arnoch, gallwn ni cymryd hi i ffwrdd.

Terms and Conditions
Some of our clients provide us with a set contract outlining terms and conditions. However, for most of our work we use our own service agreement. By doing this it’s clear from the start what is being created and the costs involved. This is in the interest of both parties.
We understand that some elements may need to change to accommodate requirements from different organisations. These terms below are a starting point. Please get in touch if you’d like to adapt or change elements before we start working together.
We always start with a brief or treatment and this forms the basis of what we create.
Service Agreement
Like an Egg Productions agrees to produce the video outlined in the project brief unique to each project. The brief will outline the approximate length of the video, the use of the video and what type of format it is required in. It will also outline the aims and objectives of the video. Each brief will include a costing breakdown that will show each element being provided by Like an Egg. By confirming the project via email you agree to pay those costs.
Payment terms
50% before first Day of Production – 50% 30 days from final delivery date. We reserve the right to withhold final delivery until all payments have been made. If at anytime during the course of the project Like an Egg Productions feel these specifications in the brief have changed or elements are added we will alert the client before any work is carried out that will incur any additional costs. Any cost will be agreed via email first.
Late Payments
Unless otherwise specified or regulated, a finance charge of statutory interest will be charged on all past due balances until paid. We will also charge a late fee of £40.
Cancellation or Deviation
If at any point of the project the client chooses to cancel the work you will still be responsible for any costs incurred up to that point. This includes any outlay we have made or have to make, and our time already committed to the project.
Copyrights
The client warrants that it has the right to produce the subject matter to be photographed, filmed, duplicated or distributed. If the subject matter is copyrighted, the customer warrants that it owns the copyright or has express permission of the owner to reproduce the copyrighted subject matter, and that it has not removed any copyright notice from any material to be reproduced without written permission.
1.Final Video(s) On receipt of full payment Like an Egg Productions will assign the copyright of the final video outlined in the brief covering the agreed use over to the client.
2. Raw Footage All materials and data created by Like an Egg over the course of the contract, including, but not limited to, film, data, and digital files, shall remain Like an Egg’s exclusive property. The raw files/rushes can only be made available if agreed before production and will incur an extra cost. This also applies to any creative work that we supply in the form of creative briefs, ideas, concepts, demos, sketches, storyboards, and comprehensive layouts. This footage /material will not be used unless permission is granted by the client.
Storage
Like an Egg is not required to store the original footage longer than 30 days after project completion but if requested by the customer, footage can be stored for an additional charge. Like an Egg will not be responsible for any accidental loss or damage to stored material.
Legal Liability
Like an Egg shall be indemnified by the client in respect of any claims, cost and expenses arising out of any libelous matter designed on the client’s instructions or any infringement of copyright. These Conditions and all other express terms of the contracts shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of The United Kingdom.
